Terms of Service
Last updated: March 31, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account on InsightLoop or using the platform in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using InsightLoop on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
InsightLoop is operated by ZAACloud LLC. In these terms, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to ZAACloud LLC, and “you” refers to you or the entity you represent.
2. The Service
InsightLoop is a feedback management platform. It lets teams create projects, collect user feedback from multiple channels, organize feedback with categories and statuses, link feedback to roadmap items, and manage team members with role-based access control.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.
3. Accounts
Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We support registration via email and password or Google OAuth.
Anonymous access
Some project owners allow anonymous feedback submission. Anonymous users have limited functionality and can convert to a full account at any time.
Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person
Each account should be used by a single individual. Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent access controls or usage limits.
4. Acceptable Use
When using InsightLoop, you agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or scripts intended to disrupt the service
- Attempt to access data belonging to other projects or users without authorization
- Interfere with the platform's infrastructure, reverse-engineer the service, or exploit vulnerabilities
- Use the platform to collect personal data from end users without their consent
- Use automated tools to scrape data or submit content at scale without prior written permission
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your Content
Ownership
You own the feedback, comments, files, and other content you submit to InsightLoop. We do not claim ownership of your content.
License
By uploading content, you grant ZAACloud LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
File uploads
Uploads are limited to PNG, JPEG, WebP, and PDF formats, with a maximum size of 5 MB per file. We may reject files that exceed these limits or do not match the allowed formats.
Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload. If you collect feedback from your own users, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent and complying with applicable privacy laws.
6. Team and Project Management
Roles and permissions
Projects have four built-in roles: Admin, Moderator, Member, and Anonymous. Project owners and admins control who has access and what they can do. We do not intervene in access control decisions within your projects.
Invitations
Team invitations expire after 7 days. The inviter can revoke an invitation before it is accepted.
Data isolation
Each project's data is isolated. Members of one project cannot see or modify another project's data unless they have been granted access.
7. Third-Party Integrations
InsightLoop integrates with the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth — used for authentication when you choose to sign in with Google. Subject to Google's Terms of Service.
- Slack — optional, configured per project. When enabled, InsightLoop sends notification messages to a Slack channel you select. You are responsible for ensuring your Slack workspace settings are compatible.
- Cloudflare R2 — used to store uploaded files. Files are hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
8. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
9. Intellectual Property
The InsightLoop name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of ZAACloud LLC. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as described here.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- InsightLoop is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- ZAACloud LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
By you
You may stop using InsightLoop and delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy. Feedback and comments you authored remain in the project with the author field cleared.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your account poses a security risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking action.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of InsightLoop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email.
