We present numbers to leadership every Monday and I rebuild the same tables by hand in Sheets. A CSV export of any dashboard view would save me an hour a week. Filters should carry over into the export, otherwise it is only half useful.
our ops folks keep asking me for the weekly figures and i end up screenshotting charts lol. a csv export would be fine tbh
Hi, is there a way to download the underlying data behind a chart as a file I can open in Excel? My old tool let me pull everything out and honestly I miss it. If I cannot get my data out this quarter I will have to look at alternatives, sorry to be blunt.
First off, a genuine thank you. The product has been great for us, my team switched off a spreadsheet and nobody wants to go back. Two things though. Since last week the funnel chart renders blank on Safari. It works in Chrome, so I keep switching browsers, which is silly. And separately, could reports be emailed on a schedule? Our exec review is Thursday morning and I want the numbers in everyone’s inbox before the meeting without me clicking export at 7am.
Please let me schedule a dashboard to be emailed to a list every week. Right now I export it and paste it into an email like an animal. Monday 8am, a PDF or even just a link, and my whole reporting workflow disappears.
is there a monday rollup email i can turn on for the team? we forget to check the dashboards until something is already on fire
Loading the main dashboard takes 25 to 30 seconds once a workspace passes roughly 50k rows. It looks like everything is fetched and rendered up front. It is slow enough that half my team has stopped opening it. Happy to share a HAR file if useful.
not sure what changed but dashboards have felt sluggish to load for a couple of weeks now. nothing specific to point at, just slower than they used to be
I pull dashboards up live in client meetings and the spinner is embarrassing. Twenty seconds of dead air while a chart loads. This is genuinely making us look bad in front of customers. Please treat this as urgent.
Escalating from sales. Two prospects in security review flagged the missing SAML SSO this month. One will accept Google workspace sign-in short term, the other will not. Filing here so we can size it, the customer threads are linked in the sales channel.
Our IT policy requires SAML for any tool that touches customer data. We are on the annual plan and this is the one blocker to rolling it out beyond my team. Okta specifically, if that matters.
No request here. The new onboarding flow is lovely and chart annotations quietly fixed our standups. Keep it up.
from the sales channel: a prospect needs to export their data out of the product into Looker, or at minimum download a CSV of it on a regular basis. flagging here so it is on the record.
Do you have a public API for pulling raw events? Before I build anything around the UI I want to know whether programmatic access exists or is on the roadmap, or whether I just cannot find it.
Run it on your own feedback.
Start freeHow it works
Three steps between a raw message and a decision you can defend.
A single message can contain a bug, a request, and a question. InsightLoop separates each ask and keeps the original context intact.
Related asks are grouped into themes and ranked by one impact score based on who asked, how often, how recently, and the votes behind them.
Turn a top theme into a draft spec with the problem, user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer quotes. You review it and decide what ships.
Workflow fit
Feedback arrives from where your customers already talk. Status stays in sync with where the work already happens. Your coding agent reads the result.
A public or private portal where customers post and vote, plus Slack, GitHub, Linear, Jira, and Intercom. Every message runs the same path, whatever the channel.
Feedback that arrives from GitHub, Linear, or Jira stays linked to its source issue. Close it in the tracker and it closes here. Close it here and the issue closes there. Comments and edits travel both ways as well.
The portal takes submissions, votes, and comments, public or private, with anonymous posting if you allow it. Roadmap lines link to the feedback behind them, so the customer who asked watches their request go from planned to shipped.
Point Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client at your project. It reads themes with the evidence attached and searches feedback in plain language. With write access it moves status, comments, and roadmap links.

No lock-in
Your feedback, themes, and specs are yours to take. Open formats and typed APIs mean you are never stuck in something only we can read.
Your data, over the REST API
Every feedback item, theme, and spec is reachable at any time, including everything that arrived from your integrations.
No proprietary export to beg for
MCP, an open protocol(opens in new tab)
Agent access runs on the Model Context Protocol. Any up-to-date client works, with no proprietary layer in between.
Security built in
Access is role-based per project, and integration tokens are encrypted at rest. Audit logs and SAML SSO arrive on the Business plan or higher.
Private by design
Your feedback is never used to train AI models, and comments are never sent to the AI at all. The business runs on plan revenue, not on your data.
